I saw Dr Ramanath as recommended/referred by my primary prior to surgery. The office staff was very friendly, efficient and accommodating to schedule my appointment. Dr Ramanath was very pleasant and down to earth, did not keep me waiting, was concerned about my issues, answered my questions and assisted in getting my additional testing scheduled. I’m very happy that he is my cardiologist, since I need one, I’m glad it’s him!! My follow up was today and my experience was no less than my feedback above.
He is an excellent cardiologist.

This was my 2nd visit with Dr. Ramanath. The HeartPlace staff was friendly and helpful, getting me in a week earlier than scheduled when I called to see if there were any cancellations. Amber was delightful. Dr. R remembered personal (non-medical) information and the specifics of my last visit more than 6 months ago and, as then, was genuinely interested in what I had to say. He is very personable, never rushes, and answers all of my questions. What a great experience. I feel fortunate to be his patient.

This was my first time to meet Dr. Ramanath after hearing about him for a number of years. He took as much time as I needed to address all my questions without feeling rushed so he could move on to his other patients. I was impressed by how he explained my situation in a simple to manner where I didn't feel overwhelmed with information. I would highly recommend Dr. Ramanath to those seeking a cardiologist.

From the front desk to check out, everyone at this practice does an amazing job. They are upbeat and professional. Dr. Ramanath is incredible. He takes all the time you need to answer questions and has a fantastically calm demeanor. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Ramanath did a procedure for me and was great. Unfortunately I tried to setup a follow up appointment with Lilly the office manager who was terrible. She was rude and un accommodating.
I received a pre-authorization to see this doctor who did my procedure who Lilly repeatedly told me that he wasn’t in network even though I was assured by my medical insurance that he was covered for my follow up as he had done my emergency procedure which I tried to explain to Lilly who’s only answer was to claim I was raising my voice which I absolutely was not.
No matter how calmly I spoke to Lilly she insisted I couldn’t make an appointment even though I assured her if my insurance did not pay that I would guarantee payment.
Lilly ended up hanging up on me. Lilly should not have any contact with clients. What a bizarre and horrible experience.
I ended up calling back - spoke to Summer and she got me booked with an appointment with zero problems and no attitude. Thank you Summer for saving the day.

I would recommend Dr Ramanath and his surgery team to all who are looking for a wonderful experience. As heart issues can be scary Dr Ramanath is so wonderful in explaining any tests or concerns. I have complete trust in this doctor who always takes time to visits with patients on a personal level. The surgery staff are always very professional and friendly.

Efficient staff of technicians and nurses that take care of you. Dr Ramanath is polite and listens to your problems and needs. My surgery was a success and I'm back to more normal health for a senior citizen.
