Excellent doctor! I chose this doctor after positive reviews from a friend and a relative. I first met with him in March 2024 after my PCP felt something on my prostate. During my first meeting with Dr. Sub (as the surgical staff calls him) he spent 45 minutes with me answering all of my questions. He never made me feel rushed. He was 25 minutes late coming in to see me, but I could hear him in the next room with a woman patient asking so many questions. I was not offended by this because he spent so much time with his patients. Very personable doctor! He fully explained everything. After the visit he called me at home 3 times during that week to ask how I was doing and to let me know lab results and to answer any questions I had. How many doctors do that? He really seems to care about his patients. He even recalled the name of my friend he treated 15 years prior as well as my relative's name from years before. Based on my situation, he recommended a prostate biopsy. I chose to do the trans perineal method, which I must say was a piece of cake as opposed to the traditional trans rectal method. For the trans perineal procedure they use a general anesthesia as opposed to the traditional local you get from the trans rectal method, which I'm told is horrific! I felt nothing and had no after pain. During the follow up appointment after the biopsy he spent over 30 minutes with me explaining the findings. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with high grade prostate cancer, but he was caring and comforting in explaining what to do going forward. He allowed my family in the room during this visit and he clearly addressed them explaining everything. I appreciate the respect he showed to them. I would highly recommend this doctor. He was amazing. Additionally, his nursing staff is equally supportive given this difficult diagnosis. ...Richard Peavy

Dr. Subramanian is just fantastic - Very thorough, knowledgeable, personable but professional. Made sure I got new symptoms evaluated quickly, then got me results of tests, answers to my questions. The office staff is efficient, friendly, responsive, and compassionate.

Dr. Subramanian was very caring and kind. He spent time speaking with me about possible solutions for my issue and truly listened to my concerns. He came in prepared, having read my medical history which was quite extensive. I highly recommend him.

I entered a request for appointment, seeking treatment for suspected urinary tract infection. There was no response on the portal. One person who called me seemed indifferent to my request and said she had "no authority" to hep me. I had been told by staff that any time I had a problem to contact the office. This was misinformation. In addition the website is difficult to navigate and obtain concise information. Another person did contact me by phone and said my doctor was out of the country and to contact my PCP which would have delayed me several days to a week for treatment. It seems that there are no provisions for anyone else at this particular office location who could make themself available to a patient who is asking for help for a urinary test and evaluation. It makes me wonder why my PCP referred me to this office if assistance is not going to be available when needed.
